The ESE 2027 notice specifies JPG format and 20–300 KB file size for both files. It also asks you to upload a photograph and capture a live photograph in the Common Application Form. - For the photo, open the ESE photo preset, upload a clear scanned photo and download the JPG.
- For the signature, sign three times one below the other on plain white paper with black ink, photograph/scan it clearly, then open the ESE signature preset.
- Check that each downloaded file is between 20 KB and 300 KB, then upload it on the official UPSC portal.
Does ESE 2027 need a live photo?
Yes. The notice says applicants must upload a photograph and also capture a live photograph while filling the Common Application Form. Keep your uploaded photo clear and matching your live capture.
Can I correct the form after submitting?
Do not depend on corrections. UPSC says an application cannot be withdrawn after submission and no correction/alteration/modification is allowed in the submitted application fields. Preview carefully before final submit.
